Terms of Service

The simple ground rules for using Scoop SA's pet waste removal services. We've kept these short and plain. Questions are always welcome.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, using, or paying for services from Scoop SA ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all customers, including residential and commercial clients located within our service area in and around San Antonio, Texas.

2 Our Services

Scoop SA provides pet waste removal and related yard maintenance services, which may include scheduled cleanups, deodorizing treatments, waste station installation and servicing, and one-time cleanups.

Service details, frequency, and scope are agreed upon at the time of sign-up. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any yard we determine to be unsafe, inaccessible, or unsanitary beyond the agreed scope of work.

3 Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled service days. This includes unlocking gates or providing gate codes and securing any pets that may interfere with our work.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you ahead of each visit.
  • If we are unable to access the service area, the visit may be skipped and still billed as scheduled.
  • Service may be rescheduled due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control.

4 Billing & Payment

Fees are based on the plan, yard size, and number of pets agreed upon at sign-up. Recurring services are billed in advance on a regular cycle unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or per your selected billing schedule.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service until the balance is resolved.

5 Cancellation

We don't believe in long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us. We simply ask for reasonable notice before your next scheduled visit so we can adjust our route.

Prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered may be credited or refunded at our discretion.

6 Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoop SA is not liable for pre-existing conditions of the property, damage caused by hidden or unmarked hazards, or the actions of pets during service.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7 Privacy

We collect only the information needed to provide and bill for our services, such as your name, address, contact details, and pet information. We do not sell your personal information. Photos taken for service verification (such as gate-closed photos) are used solely for quality and communication purposes.

8 Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
